Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Twhatever

Who else has had a blog that they started, forgot about and never posted on, and then lost? Raise your hands. Be counted for what you are: a loser, like me.

Well maybe you aren't a loser. If you're alive in the world these days and have ever watched a Ted Talk, I'm sure you know what Tim Urban has to say about procrastination. If procrastination isn't my fatal flaw, well it's damn close. Maybe Satan doesn't need to do anything at all to wreck havoc except roll out his Fatal Demonic Three: procrastination, porn and Instagram

And when you finally get back to writing (btw my gap has been 4 years this time) a glowing white-blank page and blinking cursor greet you. If you're of an age and went to college, you've seen this image a zillion times because back then we couldn't change the screen to Dark Mode. And all the cares of the world rest on what you do next...which word shall I type? Which world shall I open up for myself, never to return to the old...unless of course I just stop posting on my blog. Ahhh regret.

But if you're stupid stymied like me, that's when you go the route every professional writer has likely gone, I'll warrant; you type "Who else has had a blog that they started, forgot about and never posted on, and then lost?" or some other awful-ly clever way to enter the world and hopefully communicate the whole and the hole that is inside you.

So here we are again. Enjoy.
